One thing I love about summer besides the clothes, free time, food, seeing the good old friends and the fabulous sun ( that us Londoners are only so lucky to get a glimpse of) is sunglasses. They’re fun, gorgeous and can be a great accessory to any outfit. Also not to mention they’re awesome protection for our eyes- what more could you want? 

This summer there are loads of fabulous styles of these bad boys out there that are flattering to the many face shapes out there:

• Vintage revival, Va va voom and sultriness- The cat eye is glamorous, feminine and fun (and a personal fave!). Perfect for oval, heart shaped faces!

• Think the sixties think John Lennon and you have round shaped glasses! Perfect for oval, long faces (and anyone who’s bold enough to try them!)

Big, Eye-catching and mostly round- It’s oversized glasses! Perfect for oval, square, and heart shaped faces (and anyone who wants to be a show stopper!)

• Last but not Least, its fun, flamboyant and avant-garde- Whether it’s pixel shaped, hexagonal shaped or heart shaped its got a unique shape! Perfect for long, oval faces but much depends on the shape

That’s just some of my favourites of the sunglasses out right now and they can be found literally anywhere and everywhere and while its important to make sure the sunglasses you pick suits you, I personally think it’s more important to go with the flow and have fun! It’s Summer after all!
